Treason Trial: Musharraf likely to be indicted today

ISLAMABAD: Former President and Army Chief General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf is likely to be held guilty in the treason trial on Monday (today), ARY News reports.

In the earlier hearing, Special Court had ordered Musharraf to appear in the hearing today. 

Earlier, Musharraf was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) due to a high blood pressure

Hospital sources have stated that Pervez Musharraf is under severe mental pressire. 

Earlier a consultation meeting of Musharraf's lawyers was held in Islamabad in which Sharifudding Pirzada, Ahmad Raza Kasuri, Barrrister Saif and Anwar Mansoor were present. It was concluded was the attitude of Justice Faisal Arab was inappropriate and no justice can be expected from the Special Court that was formed to hear the case. 

It was also decided that the defence counsels will not appear in front of the court whereas the next decision will be taken after the reaction of the court.
