ISLAMABAD: Banned Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) on Monday refuted attack on district court in Islamabad, ARY News reports.
The attack at distritc court building in F-8 area of the federal capital this morning claimed 13 lives including Additional Session Judge Rafaqat Awan and several lawyers, while more than 30 injured in the incident.
A spokesman of Taliban has said that the TTP was not involved in the attack on the court.
Maulana Yousuf Shah, the coordinator of Taliban talks committee, has said he feared such happenings adding that some elements don't want peace and ceasefire with Taliban. "We have to fight this situation," he added.
