Praise and tributes pour on Twitter for fallen hero Sabeen Mahmud
Sabeen Mehmud, a social activist, was shot dead late last night after she was returning from T2F after hosting a session titled ‘Unsilencing Balochistan’. Sabeen, who was in her late thirties, was shot four times at close range by armed assailants before she succumbed to her wounds. After Sabeen’s tragic demise, Twitter was flooded with tweets and hashtags denouncing and decrying her assassination. Here are some tweets from prominent personalities who condemned her murder:-
