According to details, two dacoits were seized by people in Korangi area. The criminals were severly tortured by general public before being handed over to the police. The dacoits succumbed to their injuries in the Jinnah Hospital.
Two more robbers were killed after a shoot-out with police near New Sabzi Mandi while in another incident of public beating; a dacoit was severely beaten by people in Soldier Bazar area. The injured was given in police custody after the beating.

Police recovered a 3 year old abductee and arrested the kidnapper after a raid in Ajmer Nagri area. Ransom amount of 1 million rupees and arms were also recovered from the kidnapper.
