WAZIRISTAN: Three security personnel were killed in landmine blasts in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) in early hours of Thursday, ARY News reported.
The Inter-Services Public Relations, military’s public affairs wing, confirmed that three security personnel had been martyred in two landmine blasts in Nowsher Qila in North Waziristan Agency.
ISPR said two security personnel were also injured in the blast. Earlier three were injured in the blast, however one of them succumbed to his injuries.
The injured personnel were shifted to hospital for treatment.
Terrorists had planted bombs underneath the ground and they went off when security personnel were passing through the site.
