UK university offers ‘something unusual’ for unemployed graduates

The students completing their graduation from University of Law could be refunded up to £7,000 if they do not get a training contract or full time position after completing their program.

The offer by the educational institute comes as a ‘sweeteners’ as they compete for students in an highly competitive market.

The University of the West of Scotland (UWS) announced that they were thinking of introducing refunds to students who did not manage to complete their programs despite having full course participation.

UWS principal Professor Craig Mahoney stated that students should be treated as “customers” in order to remain competitive across the world at the time when educational institutes should become more sensitive.
