The running shoes of World's best athlete Usain Bolt were stolen from Croydon industrial estate, ARY News reported on Thursday.
The orange Puma spikes, which were signed by the World fastest man, which were signed and framed for display with a photo of the six-time Olympic sprint champion after he set a world record in 2009, were taken from commercial premises last month.
It is understood that the shoes were being held at the premises of an engineering company in Croydon, ahead of a charity auction where they were due to be sold.
The Olympic champion made request to return back his pair of shoes at twitter,
Usain Bolt tweeted: 'I know u love me but please why u had to go stealing that signed Usain Bolt spikes in Croydon, England..I know u going to return it. Right?
'All you had to do was just ask me for one. No need to go stealing the things. Come on now.
