ISLAMABAD: Another video has surfaced showing Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) female staffer brawling with a passenger at Benazir Bhutto International Airport (BBIA) in Islamabad on social media, ARY News reported
Earlier, a video of the same incident went viral on social media showing a clash between the passengers and FIA officials over which the FIA immigration department issued a statement claiming that three female passengers had misbehaved with one of their staff member.
However, in the latest video a woman could be seen being physically assaulted by FIA’s female staffers at BBIA.
It all happened on April 15 over minor issue.
Three women, a mother along with two daughters named Fauzia and Fatima Umar, reached the airport to leave for Norway. Moments prior to take off, Fauzia went to restroom where she reportedly asked FIA female staffer for a toilet paper which annoyed the staffer resulting in exchange of heated arguments.
The staffer was identified as FIA official Noshila who was annoyed for being asked for toilet paper.
She told Fauzia that she was from immigration department and its not her duty to provide toilet paper to her on which Fauzia replied that she should behave politely to travelers which sparked exchange of heated arguments between two and consequently a violent clash.
The FIA staffer also reportedly torn the boarding cards and threatened that she would not let them travel to Norway.
As the incident came in media limelight, the interior ministry asked FIA to suspend the female staffer by inquiring why disciplinary action was not taken against her.
As the video went viral on social media, people took to twitter to express their resentment on the incident.
