Violence in Karachi claims four lives

KARACHI: Firing and violent related incidents claimed four lives in Karachi, ARY News reports on Monday.

Body Found:

A body of a person was recovered from bushes in Malir Halt area.

Firing Incidents:

One person was shot dead in a firing incident at Kunwari Colony of Manghopir.

A person was gunned down at Meethadar area whereas another person was injured by firing at C-1 area of Liaquatabad.

Two others were wounded in firing incident at Pakistan Bazaar at Orangi Town.

Further two were injured by firing at Peerabad area of Orangi Town. However,Police arrested the gunman after an encounter.

According to SSP Sajid Sadozai, the arrested suspect had fired upon the Police at Ittehad Town of Baldia. He was wanted for murder of his wife along with other offences. 

Dacoits arrested:

Two alleged dacoits were nabbed by Rangers as they were looting the people from Munawar Intersection in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

According to Rangers' spokesman, a nine mm pistol and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from the suspects. They are said to be involved in street crimes and other offences.
