KARACHI: Provincial minister Manzoor Wassan has demanded investigation against former president Musharraf after capture of a large consignment of arms and munitions from Azizabad, ARY News reported.
Talking to media, Wassan, Sindh’s Minister of Industries, said former president Musharraf should also be booked in the case about recovery of the large quantity of weapons in Karachi.
He said the recovered munitions were stolen from the containers, carrying arms supplies for Nato forces fighting in Afghanistan.
He claimed that the weapons found Wednesday are only 10 percent, while 90 percent still hidden in the area.
Remaining arms are also buried in the two kilometer radius of Azizabad, he claimed. The weapons can also be found beneath Mukka Chowk, the minister added.
