Pakistan cricket great Inzamam-ul-Haq is one of the few in the cricketing circles who is known for being short-tempered and calling a spade a spade.
The ex-captain and current chief selector of the national team retained his reputation in one of his recent interaction with the journalists.
One of the reporters posed a analytical-looking question to Inzi asking reason of including the only wicket-keeper [Sarfraz] in the 16-men squad for England-Ireland tour. The culmination point of the question perhaps irked the chief selector when the reporter inquired: “what happens if Sarfraz contracts cold in the current weather condition in UK”
The visibly-annoyed chief selector responded tersely: “We will try he doesn’t catch cold”.
His response was followed by laughter among the journos around.
