The young boy wearing a red shirt and jeans was part of a protest march including women, when he stopped in front of an Indian soldier and raised “We want freedom” slogans repeatedly.
The Indian soldier who was seen pointing his gun towards the procession was forced to lower the weapon.
In a separate incident, a 12-year-old Kashmir children was martyred by Indian forces who fired pellet guns at the child.
