We will not allow any undemocratic activity on 14th August, says Abid Sher

FAISALABAD: State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has said that the elements want to spread anarchy on 14th August want incidents like Fall of Dhaka to be repeated, ARY News reports.

Speaking at a press conference in Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Headquarters, Abid Sher Ali said that “Three Queens” Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri and Shaikh Rasheed should need to follow the path of sanity.

“We are catering to the issues of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and those three want to take out long marches. We will not allow any undemocratic activity to take place”, Abid Sher Ali said. He also said that we will demand resignations from them after 15th August.

State Minister for Water and Power, while answering a question whether a deal was made with Army Chief General (Retd.) Pervez Musharraf, said that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz did not make a deal with anyone. He added that they will abide by the court’s decision.

“People from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Sindh have started paying their power bills due to our steps”, he said.
