Apparently, the perception that Pakistani fashion designers imitate each other and copy off designs from each other. However, one look at the latest menswear collection for Spring/Summer 2016 by Versace in Milan, and instantly we are reminded of our very own famous kurta shalwar. It seems that internationally recognized artists also borrow concepts, ideas and seem ‘inspired’ by Pakistani customs and traditions. Hence, is it fair only to blame our fellow designers?
