LAHORE: Three dead bodies including two minor children have found inside a house under mysterious circumstances, ARY News reported on Tuesday.
The incident occurred with the jurisdiction of the Green Town police station. The deceased have been identified as two-year-old Ayan Ali, eight-year-old Noor and their mother Ayesha.
The dead bodies have been sent to a mortuary, while forensic evidence is being collected from the scene of the incident.
Police have started initial investigation and have arrested the deceased woman’s husband Usman. He is said to contracted his second marriage with Ayesha, and recently shifted to the locality.
During initial interrogation, Usman reportedly told police authorities that he came to his house two days ago but his family did not open the door. He presumed that their were not present and left them.
Afterwards, Usman narrated that he came after two days and got the house’s keys from the landlord. Thereafter, they entered the house to find his wife and children dead under unknown circumstances.
