World leaders denounce deadly Paris attacks

World leaders have expressed their grief and sadness over the terrorist attacks in Paris which claimed at least 127 lives.

Leaders from across the world including Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, United States President Barack Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Indian Premier Narendra Modi, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Saudi Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir and Chinese President Xi Jinping condemned the terrorist attacks in the French capital.

Paris city hall official said gunmen systematically killed scores of people attending a rock concert at the Bataclan music hall. Some 40 other people were killed in up to five other attacks in the Paris region, the city hall official said, including an apparent double suicide bombing outside the national stadium where Hollande and the German Foreign Minister were watching a friendly soccer international.
