Zakir Khan appointed Pakistan cricket team manager

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Friday appointed ex-cricketer Zakir Khan as manager Pakistan cricket team, ARY News reported.

According to PCB statement, Zakir Khan will replace the incumbent manager Moin Khan with immediate effect.

PCB has appointed Zakir Khan for the upcoming Asia Cup and World Cup T20, scheduled in February and March, respectively.

Zakir has represented Pakistan in two test matches and 11 one day internationals. Previously he has also served PCB as director International and Domestic Cricket Operations.
