LAHORE: Captain of Peshawar Zalmi Darren Sammy has made quite a ‘big statement’ before the big PSL game, saying and he and the entire team players will shave their heads if Peshawar Zalmi wins the final.
In a video showing the Zalmi skipper in his usual cheerful mood, he bluntly says his team mates including himself will shave their head in mark of joy if the Peshawar Zalmi emerge victorious in the final today (March 5).
The Caribbean batsman the next moments points toward the franchise owner Javed Afridi and adds ‘the boss’ will join the ‘bald army’. Afridi, in turn, smiles and shakes his head no.
We hope the Zalmi skipper made the statement jokingly, or else the stunning announcement would rob the Peshawar team of their assumed triumph moments, with all fans may eagerly await the trimmer in action.
