Asif Ali Zardari, in a statement, said that the NAB has initiated accountability of a single party, adding, “NAB had better to close down its offices and shift to PPP Secretariat”.

He said that everything is fine countrywide except for PPP.

The former president warned of far-reaching and dangerous consequences of it.

He said that the NAB, by ordering an inquiry against Asma Arbab Alamgir, Arbab Alamgir and Pir Mazhar ul Haq, confirmed the fears that only Peoples Party will be held accountable in the country and all others lie out of NAB’s jurisdiction.

Earlier in the day, NAB ordered an inquiry against former ministers Pir Mazhar ul Haq, Arbab Alamgir and Asma Arbab Alamgir and others for making illegal appointments and accumulating wealth through unfair means.
