Zardari vows to restrict empowerment of non-democratic forces in the country
ISLAMABAD: Former president Asif Ali Zardari said on Saturday that Pakistan Peoples’ Party(PPP) have accepted the rigging in general elections for the sake of democracy, ARY News reported.
During the meeting with party leaders in Islamabad, Asif Ali Zardari said that he has monitoring the measures that are being taken by current government. He vowed to restrict non-democratic forces to get empowered in the country.
Former president advised ex-prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and Senator Raza Rabbani to visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the local body elections in the province.
