Faisalabad: Plane crash kills instructor, trainee pilot

FAISALABAD: A flight instructor and a trainee pilot were killed when a training aircraft crashed in Faisalabad on Friday, ARY News reported. 

According to Airport Security Force (ASF), the flight instructor and a trainee pilot sustained severe injuries when their plane crashed near Samanabad area of Faisalabad.

Injured trainee pilot Muaaz and flight instructor Ahmad bin Hassan were rushed to a hospital where they succumbed to their wounds.

ASF sources stated that the plane crash took place due to technical issues in the aircraft.

Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has ordered an inquiry of the plane crash.
