ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will hold hearing on the review petitions filed by former president Asif Zardari, his sister Faryal Talpur, his son Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah in the fake bank accounts case, ARY News reported.
According to details, a three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will hear the review petitions of Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur. The other two members of the bench include Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan.
The court sources said the three-member bench will also hear the review pleas of the Pakistan People’s Party chairman and the Sindh chief minister.

Zardari and Talpur filed a review petition on January 28 against the top court decision in the fake bank accounts case.
On Jan 7, the SC, in light of the Joint Investigation Team report, ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to conduct a thorough inquiry into the case and wrap it up within two months.
The Sindh government on February 8 filed a review petition in the SC pertaining to the fake bank accounts case.
The plea requested the court to review paragraph 29-35 in the verdict announced on January 7 that ordered the removal of PPP chief Bilawal and Sindh CM Murad Shah from the exit control list.
