KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Dr. Farooq Sattar invited Mustafa Kamal to join the party’s protest rally due on Sunday (tomorrow) April 23, ARY News reported.

The decision of a rally came out at a time when the PSP’s sit-in entered into third week, camped outside the Karachi Press Club (KPC) against the Sindh government for keeping the city ‘deprived of its due rights’.

Dr. Farooq Sattar was addressing a a press conference when he announced to hold a protest rally against Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP)’s discriminatory policies in the province.

Earlier PSP chief Mustafa Kamal had said that he would support every political party which comes forward to address civic issues in Karachi by backing the call of protest by MQM-P while talking to media persons outside the KPC on 15th day of the party sit-in.

Speaking at the press conference, MNA Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui had said the MQM-P had decided to resume its political, constitutional and legal struggle against the PPP’s discrimination, injustice and bigotry towards the urban centres of the province.
