FATA youth delegation acknowledge Pakistan Army’s peace efforts

RAWALPINDI: A youth delegation from all seven agencies of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) on Friday visited the headquarters of the Inter Services Public Relation (ISPR).

The delegation acknowledged the efforts and sacrifices of the Pakistan Army for bringing back peace in FATA. They also conveyed their feelings for the future of FATA.

Director General ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor thanked the delegation for the support by the brave Pakistanis of FATA.

He assured them on behalf of Chief of Army Staff General Qammar Javed Bajwa that achievements gained through great sacrifices by the people of FATA and the security forces shall not go waste.

“Our efforts are now to move from relative peace to enduring peace and stability, and for this army shall continue to play its role in support of state institutions in line with aspirations of the people of FATA,” said DG ISPR.
