Father and son win award in same award function

With the coming end of 2014 various awards ceremonies have started in Bollywood to encourage their stars for their remarkable contribution in 2014. After a beautiful stellar night of stardust awards another glittery star-studded award evening the Big Star Entertainment Awards 2014 was set in Mumbai.

The evening was won by Bachchan clan when both the father and son got honored for their outstanding performance in 2014. Amitabh Bachchan bagged the award for the Best Entertainer in Social Drama Film (male) for his acting in ‘Bhootnath’ and Abhishek won the category of the Most Entertaining Actor in comedy films for’ Happy New Year’.  Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka won the most entertaining actor and actress for their performances in Happy New Year and Mary Kom.

The most surprising moment of the evening was when Vishal Bharadwaj’s ‘Haider’ defeated SRK’s ‘Happy New Year’ in the race of the Most Entertaining Film of the year award. The most eligible bachelor of Bollywood the dapper Salman Khan also attended the evening.

Stars like Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon, Aaliya Bhatt, Siddharth Malhotra, Ritesh Deshmukh, Shahid Kapoor and Jacqueline Fernandez also bagged awards in different categories.
