Briefing media upon his return to country at Lahore airport, Imran Khan said the leaders of both Pakistan and India should agree to continue the dialogue process, and both the countries should now move forward forgetting the past.

He said the issue of Kashmir should be resolved through comprehensive dialogue, for which the two sides are required to broaden their vision.

Khan stressed on a cricket series to scale down tensions between the two nuclear-armed countries.

Referring to efforts made by China to save its 400 million people from poverty in 20 years of span, he said that the solution to poverty in both Pakistan and India lies in extending bilateral trade.

The skipper said the practice of leveling allegations on each other should now be abandoned in the region, adding that one should have cordial ties with all his neighbors.
