FIR lodged against 683 KP educational institutes

According to details, 23 colleges along with an university have also been nominated in the FIR filed by the police.

The case was filed against the educational institutes over provision of inadequate security.

The step has been taken by the law enforcement agencies in wake of the attack on Charsadda’s Bacha Khan University which left at least 21 dead.

The attack on the varsity had reminded the nation of Taliban’s attack on Peshawar’s Army Public School in which over 148 people, mostly children, were killed.
