ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the PM on Information and Broadcasting Firdous Ashiq Awan on Saturday vowed to approach a court against PML-N Punjab President and MNA Rana Sannullah over leveling “ill-founded” allegations against her.

She in a statement said that allegations were being leveled against her for political point scoring.

Terming the allegations against her “baseless”, Ms Awan asked the PML-N MNA to tender an apology or else she will file a defamation suit against him.

In a tweeter statement, the PM’s aide had earlier said the entire nation knew that the thieves were crying and would continue to do so in the days to come.
