Family sources on Monday confirmed that Ali Asghar Khan entered into wedlock with PTI MPA from Mansehra, Maliha Khan. Ali Asghar Khan is the brother of former federal minister, Umar Asghar Khan and son of the chief of Tehreek-e-Istaqlal, Air Marshal (retd) Asghar Khan.
The marriage ceremony was held in Islamabad a few days ago and the reception is likely to take place in Abbottabad soon.
The unique fact about their marriage is that Maliha also hails from district Mansehra, while the PTI chairman, Imran Khan’s newly-wed wife Reham Khan also belongs to the same district.
Ali Asghar Khan has also been the central vice-president of his party, while he is currently working as a member of the PTI central executive committee.
