Footage Case: Reporters submit replies to inquiry officer

ISLAMABAD: The inquiry officer of the Full Court Reference Footage Case has summoned the spokesperson of the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan and directed him to present the details of the arrangements of the coverage of the ceremony on December 19 – ARY News reports.

At the 2nd-day of the inquiry, president of the Press Association Javed Soomro, vice-president Rashid Habib, Kamran Khan and Imran Wasim submitted their written answers to the inquiry officer on Tuesday.

The reporteres in their written statement told that the leakage of the footage is a violation of the security rules of the apex court. They demanded to punish the ones violating the judicial sanctity according to the law.

Meanwhile, the inquiry officer adjourned the inquiry of the incident till December 19 and directed the rest of the court reporters to submit their replies by then.
