Funeral prayers of General Sharif's mother offered

Mother of General Raheel Sharif passed away on Saturday morning due to a heart problem. She was being treated at Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC).

President Mamnoon Hussain, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Governor Balochistan Mohammad Khan Achakzai, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Frontier Regions Minister Lieutenant General (Retd.) Abdul Qadir Baloch, President of Azad Kashmir Sardar Mohammad Yaqoob Khan and former Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali attended the funeral prayers.

Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah and Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Rashad Mehmood were also present in the funeral prayers,
