Funeral prayers of slain MQM Punjab leader today

Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM)Sialkot chapter’s Vice President Bao Muhammad Anwar was shot dead outside his restaurant in Sialkot’s Shahab Road by unknown persons. Two other employees of the restaurant identified as Muneer and Younus were also wounded in the shooting incident.

MQM Raabta Committee (Coordination Committee), in an emergency meeting after killing of the party worker, announced country-wide protests against the federal government over target killing of their party activists.

“Either we are finished or the government is finished”, Raabta Commitee said.

The coordination commitee has appealed the masses to collect food and everyday items.

Raabta Committee condemned the killing of Bao Muhammad Anwar and condoled the family of the deceased.
