Girls football match in Multan turns into catfight

The match between Multan and Khanewal teams was underway when one of the players crashed into another co-player resulting into exchange of heated words. This ensued a brawl between the players.

A girl of one team landed blows on the other player from the opposition. Some female players intervened to stop the fistfight, but they were pushed back while others joined the “fighting girl” to attack the opponent.  Teachers and refree tried to stop the catfight but they couldn’t.

The colleges’ administrations said the matter would be settled soon. “The responsible team will offer apology for the incident,” they assured.
