Gunmen kill two policemen in Peshawar drive-by shooting

Armed terrorists opened fire at Elite Police force personnel in Rasheed Garhi area of Peshawar killing two policemen on the spot. Motorbike riding attackers fled from the crime scene after the incident.

The victims were identified as Farhan and Shahzeb. The dead bodies of slain cops have been transferred to Lady Reading Hospital for medico-legal formalities as police officials inspected the crime scene and initiated investigation of the incident.

According to reports, the victim policemen were heading to local police station when they were targeted by the attackers.

The drive-by attack took place in Peshawar’s Yakatoot police station jurisdiction.
