Hakimullah Mehsud’s aide among six killed in Karachi shootout

According to details, a heavy contingent of police raided Saadi Town near Super Highway on an intelligence tip off, leading to a shootout between the law enforcers and terrorists associated with a banned outfit.

As a consequence six terrorists were killed in gun battle with police.

SSP Rao Anwar told that the slain terrorists included a man named Ahmed, who was a close aide of former Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) supremo, Hakimullah Mehsud.

Ahmed was injured in a drone attack in Pakistan’s tribal region, since then he had gone into hiding in Karachi.
