Talking to media a few moments ago, Javed Hashmi said that he could not prepare himself fully for contesting the by-elections due to his illness.
He thanked the PMLN workers who campaigned for him day and night. He told that he has to go to China for his treatment and will accept whatever the overall result of the by-polls will be.
The senior politician however said that the people should now understand that a ‘change’ is only possible through a ballot.
He said that some of the voters also complained him saying, “We cast votes in your favor and you resign from the membership”.
