ISLAMABAD: A bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) hearing the petition challenging the formation of the special bench in the treason case against former President Pervez Musharraf reserves its verdict on Wednesday.
According to ARY News Petitioner Riaz Hanif took stance in his plea that objections raised over the two members of the special bench. As no case was filed against the former President so far, the notification regarding the formation of the special bench should be declared void.
Justice Nur-ul-Haq remarked that the petitioner wants to sabotage the trial against Pervez Musharraf. The court reserved its judgment in the case.
