ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson, Dr Shireen Mazari while responding to the statement of Information Minister, Pervez Rasheed, has said that Imran Khan is a national leader and he can hold a rally in the interest of the people at any place- ARY News reports.
In a statement issued this evening, the PTI spokesperson said that Imran Khan represents feelings of the public and Pervez Rasheed should mount his own political height before criticizing the skipper.
She stated that PTI’s protest against price hike has frightened Pervez Rasheed and advised that those who challenge Imran Khan should learn a lesson from the history.
Mazari added, “Lahore is not specific to any political party and Khan can hold a rally anywhere in Pakistan”.
Moreover, the PTI spokesperson reaffirmed that protest is our democratic right and PTI’s demonstration on December 22 will show that where does inflation exist more.
