Showering of flowers on Afridi by party workers and embraces at the assembly all went in vain, as chairman Imran Khan today expelled the KP Minister for Mineral Development from PTI folds.
Afridi was accused of corruption, who instead of tendering explanation had charged CM Pervez Khattak and others with same offence.
Imran Khan also sought explanation from Azam Swati for the violation of party discipline and said the decision pertaining to him will be made in next two days.
He also criticized several other party members over disciplinary issues.
“Discipline within the party will be ensured, whether we remain in government or not,” Khan warned while speaking at a presser.
He also invited Pakistan Rangers to arrest the ones, his government fails to lay its hands on in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
