Imran Khan’s austerity plan to help govt overcome financial crisis: Faisal Javed

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed on Wednesday informed media that Prime Minister Imran Khan has set an unprecedented example of austerity with the aim to reduce expenditures.

Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he said that the cabinet members and the provincial governments of PTI are also following his austerity campaign.

Faisal Javed said that Imran Khan feels the pain of the nation and he will steer the country out of current crises. The PTI leader said that the government is also on course to implement its one hundred day program.

He said the Pakistanis will soon realize difference between the new and previous governments very soon because Prime Minister Imran Khan clearly announced that there is no space for corrupt people in the government.

Replying to a question, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Iftikhar Durrani for media affairs said a committee has been intituted to look into the constitutional matters pertaining to the long-term policies.

The Senator also said that luxurious vehicles of Prime Minister house will be auctioned on September 17 and showed a video released in this regard to media men.
