Imran submits amendment petition in SC

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has submitted an amendment petition against the appointment of Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan here on Wednesday – ARY News reports.

Imran Khan, in the petition, explained his stated that Chaudhry Qamar Zaman cannot hold the position after SC announced its verdict in the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) corruption case.

It is also stated in the petition that Chaudhry Qamar Zaman cannot hold office as he is already facing a contempt of court case and has to be held guilty.
