According to details, Commander ISAF Regional Command – East, Major General Campbell visited the Pakistan Army’s General Head Quarters (GHQ) on Monday, where he met the Army Chief, General Raheel Sharif.
During the meeting, the top military officials exchanged their views on present security situation of the region and the affairs of mutual interest.
On this occasion, the ISAF Commander was also given a briefing on the ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) and the advancements made during Pakistan Army’s full-fledged offensive against militants.
