Farhan Ahmad Ansari, who is PML-N’s Labour Wing President in Multan, immediately caught media attention outside Multan Press Club where he stationed his cart.
Speaking to journalists, the man said he resorted to the move only to register his protest against PML-N leadership for ignoring workers’ plights and hardships.
He blamed that party was paying no heed to problems facing the workers, while a ‘specific group enjoying all powers’. ‘I am jobless for months and nobody within the party is here to listen to my grievances.”
He said he attempted to meet the party leadership, but in vain. He said N-League leadership in Punjab had awarded jobs to various party workers in provincial departments, but he was ignored.
