According to details, the defamation notice stated that the PTI chairman falsely accused Justice (R) Khalilur Rahman Ramday of facilitating the rigging of elections, nor he provided any evidence of it.
Ramday in his notice stated that Imran Khan’s false allegations affected his repute and plunged him into anguish.
The PTI chief was demanded to withdraw his allegations and apologize the former SC judge within 14 days, or else a lawsuit will be filed against him.
