Kamal asks center, Sindh to ‘change approach’ towards Karachi

“Residents of Karachi are dying due to lack of basic facilities like health, water, education and employment,” he said while talking to media at Karachi Press Club.

Knocking at Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), he reiterated that Indian covert agency, RAW, was not giving money to enemy elements to spread brotherhood in the city, but to shoot down adept doctors and other professionals, and to kill people of different race, cast and creed.

The former mayor said that the hostile agency is causing unrest here in order to fracture the economic backbone of country – Karachi.

He lamented that blood was shed in the city for the sake of a few million pounds and the evidences of it were available in the form of confessional statements with the government.

“The federal and provincial governments should not take this city as forsaken for we are the guardians of it. We cannot bear to see this city being plundered anymore. Enough has been looted from here,” he said.

The PSP leader questioned that should he wait for the government of Pakistan or United Kingdom (UK) to take action against the culprits while the residents of the city were being killed, disappeared and sent to jails.

“Power and money have never had a charm for us nor will they have it in future,” Kamal said. “We are here to stay and prevail by spreading love.”
