KARACHI: The case of Karachi Airport Attack has been filed against Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) at Airport Police Station, ARY News report.
The First Information Report (FIR) was filed by an officer of the Airport Security Force (ASF). Top leadership of TTP including spokesman Shahidullah Shahid has been nominated in the FIR.
Twenty nine people, including security personnel, were killed when terrorists, armed with latest weapons and rocket launchers, stormed the Jinnah Airport of Karachi on Sunday night.
The incident had sent shockwaves into the country and posed a huge question mark on the intelligence and security of the country.
The militant organization had claimed responsibility for the attack and said that it was carried out to avenge the killing of former TTP leader Hakimullah Mehsud.
