Woman's murder in Karachi's Faqira Goth takes new turn

A recent murder of a woman in Karachi’s Faqira Goth has taken a new turn, with police revealing that the incident was not occured on robbery resistance, as initially reported

According to police, the victim’s husband had provided incorrect information about the location of the crime, leading investigators to suspect that the murder occurred within the home.

The police have taken the victim’s husband into custody for further questioning and have recovered a weapon allegedly used in the murder.

Authorities are working to uncover the circumstances surrounding the murder. The investigation is ongoing, and police are exploring all possible motives and angles.

Earlier, the victim’s husband, Irfan, stated that he was taking his pregnant wife to the hospital when his wife was ‘shot dead’ by robbers.

He alleged that the robbers snatched his mobile phone and attempted to steal Saima’s purse. Irfan claimed that when Saima pushed one of the robbers, he fell and then shot her.

Irfan had demanded that the robbers be arrested and given harsh punishment for killing his wife, who was a mother of three children.
