The action was launched on a tip-off about presence of India-backed agents in the fishermen group.
Sources informed that Indian agency had started planting its agent in such underpriveleged groups for the purpose of spying.
The law enforcers also discovered pictures of sensitive installations from the possession arrested fishermen.
They were moved to an undisclosed location for interrogation.
