Postponed LG polls in Karachi, Hyderabad to be held tomorrow

According to details, the polls will be held in union council 28 of the District West and UC 4 of District East of Karachi.

Similarly polling will be conducted in union committees 8, 53 and 87 of Hyderabad.

Polling in UC 28 of Karachi was postponed after death of a contesting candidate. While misprinting of ballot papers in UC 4 led to deferment of the elections.

In Hyderabad, elections in the aforementioned UCs were postponed after misprinting of ballot papers and clash between two political groups.

Candidates of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz), Pakistan People’s Party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and independent will contest the polls in UCs of Karachi and Hyderabad.
