According to a copy of the letter received by Arynews.tv, the KSE building is on a hit-list of a terrorist group Jamat-ul-Ahrar headed by its Mufti.
The letter says Mufti was planning to send 8 to ten terrorists from Afghanistan to Karachi to attack Karachi Stock Exchange this month [December].
The letter is forwarded by Crime Monitoring Cell in-charge Syed Naziruddin Shah Rashid to Pakistan Rangers, Sindh and inspector general police Sindh.
It is requested in a letter that stringent security measures be adopted at the KSE to avoid any untoward incident.
